Rounder with auger completely in stainless steel ideal for rounding balls of dough from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 1000 grams. Thanks to the particular shape of the auger (Teflon coated) the dough is rounded by gravity without being overheated and without compromising its structure. Practical and fast machine able to round up to one ball every two seconds of different weights without the need for any adjustment. The removable auger and the external cylinder, certified for food use, interlocking make cleaning operations extremely simple. The AURA rounder is available in 220 Volt single phase or 400 Volt three phase, machine mounted on swivel wheels to facilitate movement. To obtain an excellent result the ideal hydration of the dough should be between 50 and 80% however with some small tricks you can also round more hydrated doughs.
