ATENA spiral mixer, very high quality machine with 6kg total dough capacity (minimum 300Gr flour) ideal for pizzerias, artisan workshops and home use. Kneading machine in 220 volts with speed adjustment by inverter from 50 to 300 rpm and reversing the direction of rotation of the bowl as standard. Machine equipped with reinforced spiral, calibrated dough crusher column and rounded bowl, all parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. The brand new all-belt drive makes it a very quiet kneading machine with no need for periodic maintenance. Thanks to the slot on the bowl guard, ingredients such as water, salt, yeast, flour, etc. can be added without stopping the kneading cycle. Anti-vibration feet provide excellent stability and quietness throughout the dough cycle. Have fun at home or in the workshop and experiment with new doughs with our ATENA spiral mixer.
